Delete your Plafy account

Plafy is made by P Fun Store Company Limited. You can delete your Plafy account and its data in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

Option 1: in the app

  1. Open Plafy and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Read the summary and confirm.

Option 2: by email

Email support@pfunstore.company with the subject "Delete my Plafy account" and include:

  • your Player ID (shown in Plafy's Settings), or
  • the email address of the Apple or Google account you linked to Plafy.

We may ask you to confirm that you own the account before we delete it.

30-day cooling-off period

Your account is scheduled for deletion, not deleted at once. If you sign in again within 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and your account stays as it was.

After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your account, account ID and any linked Apple or Google sign-in details
  • Your game progress, scores and settings
  • Your Volts balance and history (Volts have no cash value and are not paid out)

What may be kept

  • Limited records we must keep by law, or to deal with fraud or a dispute, for as long as needed for that purpose
  • Data held by Google (AdMob, Firebase) and Tapjoy under their own policies; see our Privacy Policy

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use one of the options above.

Plafy 由 P Fun Store Company Limited 開發。你可在 App 內刪除 Plafy 帳戶及其資料；如你已沒有安裝 App，亦可以電郵提出。

方法一：在 App 內刪除

  1. 打開 Plafy，進入設定。
  2. 點選刪除帳戶。
  3. 細閱說明後確認。

方法二：以電郵要求

請電郵至 support@pfunstore.company，主旨寫「刪除我的 Plafy 帳戶」，並提供：

  • 你的玩家 ID（在 Plafy 的設定頁顯示），或
  • 你連結到 Plafy 的 Apple 或 Google 帳戶電郵地址。

刪除前，我們可能會要求你確認你是帳戶持有人。

30 日冷靜期

你的帳戶會被安排刪除，而不是即時刪除。如你在 30 日內再次登入，刪除會自動取消，帳戶維持原狀。

30 日後刪除即屬永久，無法還原。

會被刪除的資料

  • 你的帳戶、帳戶編號及已連結的 Apple 或 Google 登入資料
  • 你的遊戲進度、分數及設定
  • 你的 Volts 結餘及紀錄（Volts 沒有現金價值，不會發還）

可能會保留的資料

  • 法律規定須保留，或為處理欺詐或爭議而需要的有限紀錄，只保留至有關目的所需的時間
  • 由 Google（AdMob、Firebase）及 Tapjoy 按其本身政策持有的資料；詳見私隱政策

在手機刪除 App 不會刪除你的帳戶，請使用以上其中一種方法。
