Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Plafy app, provided by P Fun Store Company Limited, a company in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By using Plafy you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Plafy.

1. Your account

Plafy creates an anonymous account when you first open it. You can link Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you stay anonymous and remove the app or lose your device, we may not be able to restore your account. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Volts

Volts are in-app points with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for money, sold or transferred.

  • You earn Volts by playing games, watching optional ads and completing optional partner offers in Plafy.
  • Volts exist only as a number in the app. They are not money, a deposit, a financial product or property of any kind, and they do not belong to you; you receive a limited, revocable permission to use them in Plafy.
  • Volts cannot be withdrawn, cashed out or exchanged for money or anything of monetary value outside Plafy.
  • Volts cannot be sold, traded, gifted or transferred to another account or person.
  • Volts can be used only for the features we offer in Plafy from time to time. We may change how Volts are earned and what they can be used for.
  • We may correct or remove Volts credited by mistake, through a technical error, or through cheating or a breach of these terms.
  • When an account is deleted, its Volts are deleted too and cannot be restored.

3. Ads and partner offers

Plafy shows ads and offers optional partner tasks provided by third parties such as Tapjoy. Partner offers are run by those partners and their advertisers under their own terms. Volts for a partner offer are credited only after the partner confirms you completed it; we cannot credit Volts for offers the partner has not confirmed.

4. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • use bots, scripts, emulators, modified apps or any automated means to play or earn Volts;
  • create or use multiple accounts to collect Volts;
  • exploit bugs, or interfere with Plafy, its servers or other players;
  • copy, reverse engineer or resell Plafy or any part of it;
  • use Plafy in breach of any law.

If you do, we may remove Volts, suspend or close your account.

5. Our content

Plafy, its games, artwork and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Plafy on your own devices for your own entertainment.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop any part of Plafy, including games and Volts features. We try to keep Plafy available but do not promise it will always work without interruption or errors.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Plafy and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Plafy is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of Volts or game progress. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of Hong Kong.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using Plafy after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction.

本條款適用於你使用由香港公司 P Fun Store Company Limited（「我們」）提供的 Plafy App。使用 Plafy 即表示你同意本條款；如你不同意，請不要使用 Plafy。

1. 你的帳戶

你第一次打開 Plafy 時會自動建立匿名帳戶。你可連結 Apple 登入或 Google 登入，以便在不同裝置保留進度。你須為帳戶內的活動負責。如你一直使用匿名帳戶，而刪除了 App 或遺失裝置，我們未必能夠恢復你的帳戶。我們如何處理你的資料，請參閱私隱政策。

2. Volts

Volts 是 App 內積分，沒有現金價值。Volts 不可提現、兌換現金、出售或轉讓。

  • 你可透過在 Plafy 內玩遊戲、觀看自選廣告及完成自選合作任務賺取 Volts。
  • Volts 只是 App 內的數字，並非金錢、存款、金融產品或任何形式的財產，亦不屬於你所有；你只獲得在 Plafy 內使用 Volts 的有限及可撤回的許可。
  • Volts 不可提現、兌換現金，亦不可在 Plafy 以外兌換任何具金錢價值的東西。
  • Volts 不可出售、交易、贈送或轉讓給其他帳戶或人士。
  • Volts 只可用於我們不時在 Plafy 內提供的功能。我們可更改賺取 Volts 的方式及其用途。
  • 如 Volts 因錯誤、技術故障、作弊或違反本條款而發放，我們可更正或移除有關 Volts。
  • 帳戶刪除後，其 Volts 會一併刪除，無法恢復。

3. 廣告及合作任務

Plafy 會顯示廣告，並提供由 Tapjoy 等第三方提供的自選合作任務。合作任務由該等合作夥伴及其廣告商按其本身的條款運作。合作任務的 Volts 只會在合作夥伴確認你已完成後發放；合作夥伴未確認的任務，我們無法發放 Volts。

4. 公平遊戲

你同意不會：

  • 使用機械人、腳本、模擬器、修改版 App 或任何自動化方式遊玩或賺取 Volts；
  • 建立或使用多個帳戶收集 Volts；
  • 利用程式錯誤，或干擾 Plafy、其伺服器或其他玩家；
  • 複製、反向工程或轉售 Plafy 或其任何部分；
  • 以違法方式使用 Plafy。

如你違反以上規定，我們可移除 Volts、暫停或關閉你的帳戶。

5. 我們的內容

Plafy 及其遊戲、美術及軟件屬我們或我們的授權人所有。我們授予你個人、非獨家、不可轉讓的許可，讓你在自己的裝置上使用 Plafy 作個人娛樂。

6. 更改及服務提供

我們可更新、更改或停止 Plafy 的任何部分，包括遊戲及 Volts 功能。我們會盡力維持 Plafy 正常運作，但不保證服務永不中斷或沒有錯誤。

7. 停止使用

你可隨時停止使用 Plafy 並刪除帳戶（見刪除帳戶）。如帳戶違反本條款，我們可暫停或關閉該帳戶。

8. 免責及責任限制

Plafy 按「現狀」提供。在法律容許的範圍內，我們不會為間接或相應而生的損失，或 Volts 及遊戲進度的損失負責。本條款不會限制香港法律下不可限制的任何責任。

9. 條款更新

我們可能會更新本條款。屆時會更改頁首日期；如有重大改動，會在 App 內通知你。更新後你繼續使用 Plafy，即表示接受更新後的條款。

10. 適用法律

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，香港法院具有司法管轄權。
